About Jobcom

The listing, the boards and the applicants, handled

Jobcom exists for a simple reason: filling a role should cost a company days of attention, not weeks of it.

Our mission

Give Australian companies their time back. A vacancy arrives as a plain-English brief and leaves as a professional advertisement, approved by you before anything goes live. From there the campaign runs itself in front of you: applications collected in one place, screened against the role you actually described, and the strongest candidates sent to you for review. The hours a hiring manager once lost to posting, sorting and chasing go back into running the business.

Put every role in front of the right people. One listing travels to multiple national-reach job boards at once, so a vacancy in Kalgoorlie or Cairns meets the same candidate pool as one in the middle of Sydney. Wider reach is not a premium extra here; it is the entire point of advertising a job.

Compliance built in, never bolted on

For Labour Market Testing campaigns, the requirements are part of the machinery rather than an afterthought. The advertising window is tracked to the day. Every posting is captured with public URLs and timestamps while it runs. Screening decisions are recorded against objective role criteria. The evidence pack assembles itself continuously as the campaign progresses, instead of being reconstructed in a hurry at the deadline.

Jobcom does not provide migration or legal advice, and nothing here changes what the law requires. What changes is how much of your week meeting those requirements consumes, and how confidently the record stands when someone asks to see it.

Managed by people, run on a platform

Every campaign has a person behind it. Our team shapes the listing, watches the boards, keeps clients and their migration agents informed, and picks up the phone when a job board needs a conversation rather than a feed. The platform does the relentless parts: publishing, tracking, collecting, reminding and documenting, so nothing slips between the advertisement and the evidence.

For migration agents, that means campaigns you can put your name to: run on time, documented as they happen, and visible to you at every step.
