Questions about credits and plans
When is a credit used?
When you first publish a listing. Drafts are free, so you can write, customise and download one before you spend a credit.
How long do credits last?
Six calendar months from purchase. Your account shows how many credits you have and when each lot expires.
Can I cancel a monthly plan?
Yes, from your account at any time. A plan has a minimum of three monthly payments, so it ends after the third payment, or at the end of the month already paid for if that is later.
Can I change an advertisement after publishing?
No. A published advertisement cannot be edited, so check the wording, the pay and the details before you publish. To request a change, contact Jobcom support quoting your listing reference, shown at the top of the listing in your account.
What advertising evidence do I get?
Jobcom captures your advertisement on the job boards while it runs, aiming for at least three different boards for your LMT evidence.
How do I pay?
By card through Stripe, our payment provider, which holds your card details. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
Are credits refundable?
Unused or expired credits are not refunded, except where the Australian Consumer Law or another law requires it. The Self Service LMT terms set out the details.
