2. Advertise nationally
We publish the campaign across the appropriate channels and record where and when each ad was posted. Where a channel cannot be posted automatically, we record the posting manually with full evidence.
3. Capture applications securely
Applicants apply through a clean hosted listing. Their details and documents are captured privately, with no public file access at any point.
4. Screen consistently
Staff screen applicants against objective role criteria, recording decisions and reasons so outcomes are consistent and defensible.
5. Assemble the evidence
Timestamped ad evidence, screening summaries and outcome reporting come together into a professional evidence pack you can rely on, even after external ads expire.
