- Does Jobcom recruit staff for me?
- No. Jobcom is an advertising and evidence platform. We help you advertise a role genuinely and keep the record; we do not source, screen on your behalf as a recruiter, or place candidates.
- Does Jobcom provide migration or legal advice?
- No. Jobcom does not provide legal or migration advice and does not decide eligibility. Your Registered Migration Agent and your own advisers remain responsible for that.
- What happens to applicant documents?
- Resumes and documents are private and access-controlled. There are no public file links. Files are served only through short-lived signed links after a permission check, and every access is logged.
- What if an external ad is taken down?
- We capture timestamped evidence (screenshots, PDFs and links) as the campaign runs, so the record stands even after an external listing expires.
- Can my Registered Migration Agent be involved?
- Yes. You can invite your Registered Migration Agent to review and approve the advertisement and follow the campaign, with access controlled per campaign.
