Ryan’s Hotel and The Beaches Hotel have a long-standing history in the Thirroul community on the NSW South Coast. The Beaches Hotel originally opened as the Thirroul Rex Hotel in 1953, while Ryan’s Hotel has also been a familiar part of the local hospitality scene for generations. In 2006, the two venues came under the same ownership, bringing together their strong local connections and hospitality heritage. Today, both venues continue to be popular destinations for locals and visitors, offering great food, drinks, entertainment and a welcoming atmosphere, while maintaining a strong focus on community, quality service and creating memorable experiences for guests.
About the role
You will assist in preparation and cooking of various dishes across multiple kitchens whilst ensuring high-quality standards and adherence to recipes and food safety regulations.

- Uphold a positive and professional attitude while working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
