Employment Responsibilities
- Our client is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join their dynamic, supportive team.
- There is strong scope for growth for the right person, with opportunities to take on additional responsibility and work closely with the Head of Department as the portfolio continues to expand.
- Manage all tenant and landlord communications
- Negotiate lease renewals and rent reviews
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance
- New tenant sign-ups and final inspections
- Bond disposals and arrears management
- Oversee day-to-day operations of your portfolio and achieve KPIs
Skills, experience and qualifications
- Certificate III including at least one (1) years of relevant experience or at least three (3) years of relevant experience.
- Relevant experience may also be required.
- Registration or licensing may be required for this occupation.
