Cook
Employment Responsibilities
- Cook Asian cuisine across our restaurants
- Examining foodstuffs to ensure quality
- Portioning food, placing it on plates, and adding gravies, sauces and garnishes
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety in line with council requirements
Skills, experience and qualifications
- Certificate III including at least one year of relevant experience, or Certificate IV. At least 3 years of relevant experience may be accepted in place of the formal qualification.
- Relevant experience may also be required.
Licences
- Food Safety Supervisor certificate
- RSA where alcohol is served
Desirable
- Exceptional communication skills
- The ability to work in a team environment
- Creative flair and a passion for food
- Flexible, 'can-do' attitude
Chef
Employment Responsibilities
- Cook Asian cuisine across our restaurants
- Prepare food
- Cook with a wok
- Manage the Sushi train across our various locations
- Explaining and enforcing hygiene regulations
- Demonstrating techniques and advising on cooking procedures
- Manage stock rotation and monitor kitchen inventory levels
Skills, experience and qualifications
- Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma. At least 3 years of relevant experience may be accepted in place of the formal qualification.
- Relevant experience may also be required.
Licences
- Food Safety Supervisor certificate
- RSA where alcohol is served

Cafe or Restaurant Manager
Employment Responsibilities
- May take reservations, greet guests and assist in taking orders
- Ensuring dining facilities comply with health regulations and are clean, functional and of suitable appearance
- Lead, roster and support a small team to meet daily targets
- Monitor performance and provide training and mentoring
Skills, experience and qualifications
- Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma. At least 3 years of relevant experience may be accepted in place of the formal qualification.
- Relevant experience may also be required.
