Data retention policy

We keep information for as long as it is needed and no longer. Retention windows are configurable so they can match your record-keeping obligations.
Campaign and evidence records
Campaign records and evidence are retained so the advertising record stays available for legitimate record-keeping. Retention windows are configurable per organisation.
Applicant information
Applicant details and documents are retained for the period needed to assess and document the campaign, then anonymised or deleted according to the configured window.
Anonymisation and deletion
When a retention window passes, personal information is anonymised or deleted. Audit records of platform actions are kept in an append-only log that does not contain unnecessary personal information.
Legal holds
Where information must be preserved for a legal reason, a legal hold can pause anonymisation and deletion until the hold is lifted.
