We use a small number of third-party providers to run the platform. Personal information is processed and stored in Australia except where a provider processes it overseas, which is disclosed below. The full register, naming each provider and what it does, is available on request.
What we disclose
Personal information is processed and stored in Australia except where a provider processes it overseas. The overseas processing we carry out today happens in:
- European Union
- Global edge network
- United States
Transactional email is sent through an offshore provider, so a recipient address and the message text (never resumes or documents) are processed outside Australia. When a company or agent emails us job details to advertise, an AI provider reads that email to help draft the advertisement; only the business and job details in that message are processed this way. Applicant information, resumes, applications and documents are never sent to any AI or model provider.

We provide the named register, with each provider, its purpose, its location and the data it handles, on request. Tell us who you are and why you need it and we will send it to you. Common reasons are a vendor security review, a privacy assessment, or a question about your own data.
